I loved that there were no hidden costs or add ons and they did not ask for full payment upfront which was very prevalent with other fence companies. I had a great experience with Charlotte Fence. They were incredibly responsive and gave me wonderful personalized service. We had just moved into our new house when my husband had knee replacement surgery. With two big dogs and two little kids, it was hard for me to take everyone on a walk both before and after work while my husband recovered. I needed a fenced backyard asap and Charlotte Fence not only made it happen, but provided personalized follow up to ensure my satisfaction and answer any questions. They helped me design within my HOA guidelines and went above and beyond to work with our warranty company and sprinkler vendor to trouble shoot a water drainage problem once the fence was installed and the job was over. I was amazed that even after installation (and payment!) I felt like they were true partners in helping resolve the situation I had with standing water in our backyard (ended up being broken valves in our sprinkler system).
